I believe that beautifully handcrafted cheese requires a few things; time, patience and quality local milk. With my slow food philosophy, I promote traditional cheese making techniques with an aim to connect people with their love of food and the magic of cheese.
My vast experience of making cheese in both my home kitchen and the food industry, has given me an understanding of the most effective methods for teaching cheese making skills, using simple techniques, plenty of story telling and lots of recipe inspiration.
