Wonderful news! I'm pleased to announce the dates for my Sydney cheese making classes.
Mozzarella, burrata and stracciatella - Saturday 6th May
Feta, halloumi and mascarpone - Sunday 7th May
The classes will be held at Two Good Co. 255 Wilson St, Eveleigh (next to Carriageworks) and are hands-on. Each class commences at 10.00 am and includes notes and recipes, and, during the class, we sit down and enjoy a light lunch, with the class finishing up around 3/4 pm.
