Focusing on one cheese, these recorded 'On-demand' masterclasses will give you the opportunity to dive deeper into the recipes, traditions and technique of each cheese.
BUT, as well as making cheese, Kristen will demonstrate a selection of simple, seasonal dishes that will entice & inspire you to keep making these cheeses at home and to show off your new found skills to all your friends. Recipes will be posted online regularly, for you to build-up your repertoire as the seasons change.
And let's not forget about that leftover whey. We'll finish up each class with 101 wheys. Learn about the many uses and health benefits of whey which will change the way you think about a waste product most cheesemakers throw away.
Before the class: we’ll send you a recipe card and prep sheet (complete with shopping list, equipment needed and set-up tips), so you can be ready to go when you log into the masterclass.
During the class: Kristen will walk you through the recipe step-by-step and cook along with you, answering any questions you may have. You’ll be sharing the session with a handful of other cheese lovers, so the classroom vibe is carried through. Our cheese making masterclasses are designed to be informative and hands-on, but are easygoing enough that you’ll have fun while you learn.
