When: Sat 16th & Sun 17th Oct 10-12pm
Before the class: we’ll send you a recipe card and prep sheet (complete with shopping list, equipment needed and set-up tips), so you can be ready to go when you log into the session via Zoom.
During the class: Kristen will walk you through the recipe step-by-step and cook along with you, answering any questions you may have. You’ll be sharing the session with a handful of other cheese lovers, so the classroom vibe is carried through. Our cheese making masterclasses are designed to be informative and hands-on, but are easygoing enough that you’ll have fun while you learn.
Can't watch live? No problem, both sessions of the masterclass will be recorded and available to watch for 6 months after the completion of the course.
