Calcium Chloride


Calcium chloride is a natural salt solution that is added to pasteurised or goats milk to bring the calcium content back into balance. It will improve the rennet coagulation properties of your milk which will result in a firmer curd that is easier to cut and work with.

Calcium chloride should be added before adding culture and rennet. Apply the dosage suggested on the pack and ensure that is mixed thoroughly into the milk.
