Easter workshops in a country setting
Dear Friends,

I’m writing this from the kitchen at the Longhouse, overlooking the most magnificent view of the garden and surrounding area of Daylesford. I have returned to Victoria to catch up with beloved friends (and their animals!) and to teach cheese making classes here at the Longhouse and Sweet Greek in Melbourne.

The nomadic cheese life really suits me however I’m beginning to realise my heart belongs to the country, surrounded by wide open spaces, Mother Nature and lots of animals. Once I hit the Hume Highway and pass the Southern Highlands, I slowly begin to breathe again and the tightness in my body begins to ease. I'm fully aware the grass is always greener but this is a life I've had before and now one I constantly crave. I'm not sure yet where I might go or when I'll make the big leap but for now, I’ll keep jumping in my car and will head to the country whenever I can.

First stop, Moonacres cooking school, Robertson, where I'll be teaching a handful of workshops this Easter.
